Quality/Audit Control Inspector

Fabro is well-known Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing company. It is operating in Lahore, Pakistan. Fabro is engaged in Research and development activities to provide innovative solutions to well-known brands around the globe. We require staff for our Lahore office located near Manawa Hospital Lahore.

Inspector Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
  • Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies
  • Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
  • Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
  • Examine clothing, textile, fabric, fur, and leather products to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Repair minor defects on garments.
  • Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
  • Supervise and head audit department of apparel divisions.
  • Analyze faults received from customers and control defect rate by improving internal controls and checks.
  • Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
  • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Write reports to document deficiencies and errors of products. Maintains records and data. Present reports and measures taken for improvement.

Qualifications for Inspector:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Should have sound knowledge of stitching, stitching machines, Cutting and matching procedures. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in apparel and stitching industry.
  • Certification in quality control is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good math and technical skills.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.

Office Timings: 8:00am to 5:00pm Sunday off

About the role:

We are looking for a Remote Sales Manager to promote sales of a leading clothing brand based in the UK. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and have a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is a must for this role.

It is a full time role to generate business to business sales leads. In terms of territories, the main focus would be the UK, followed by EU & US. The type of prospects/leads we need to research and approach are;

  • Independent Fashion Stores.
  • Boutiques.
  • Department Stores.
  • Multi-retailers.
  • Online Fashion Apparel Stores.
  • Apparel Wholesale Distributors (Low to mid level).
  • Bulk Stock purchasers of Apparel.

Responsibilities:

  • Find sales leads through various platforms such as social medial, LinkedIn, company websites
  • Contacting potential businesses to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Emailing, messaging, inMailing, chat, calling business to mature leads
  • Researching companies and decision-making individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain record of opportunities, status and efficiently report progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or sales
